Cancellation and refund policy

When you purchase a subscription from Vores-Hjem, the following applies:

Right of withdrawal

According to Danish law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing online.*

By creating an account and accessing the app, you consent to the delivery starting immediately and that the right of withdrawal therefore lapses.

*The right of withdrawal is regulated in the “Consumer Contracts Act” (Act No. 1205 of 14/12/2000, as amended). For digital services, the right of withdrawal lapses when delivery begins, if you have given your express consent to this.

Refund

• There is no commitment period.

• If you cancel in the middle of a month, payment for the current month will not be refunded.

• The termination will take effect at the next payment period.
